Avaya Aura - CMS/AES/AEP/WFO
Many customers extend Avaya Aura to include Avaya Call Management System (CMS), Application Enablement Services (AES), Avaya Experience Portal (AEP) and Workforce Optimization and Management (WFO). BrantTel is certified to provide co-delivery support for these Aura add-ons.
Avaya Aura - Third Party Apps
Avaya Aura customers can leverage the power of 3rd party apps. Typically these include call reporting, call recording and advanced IVR functionality. BrantTel provides Tier 1 and 2 support for many of these applications.

Avaya IP Office is the most deployed small and medium communications platform in the world, with over 250 000 installations worldwide. BrantTel offers comprehensive support for both the virtualized, server edition and appliance versions of IP office for all types, analog, digital and IP.
IP Office - Contact Centre
IP Office can be extended as a contact centre with IP Office Contact Centre and other add-ins. BrantTel provides full support for these applications built specifically for IP Office.
IP Office - Add-ons
IP Office can be extended with 3rd party applications such as reporting and recording. Popular add-ons include Telstrat and Xima. BrantTel provides support for almost all 3rd party IP office add-ons.
