Chris Boivin joined the BrantTel Networks team in September of 2020 as the Director CX Delivery. Bringing over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field and has extensive experience in managing large IT Delivery Organizations. Chris attended Sheridan College where he completed a Computer Science Diploma. Upon graduating, Chris started an IT position located in a Data Center for a large Financial Institution. From this point on, Chris knew he would be spending his career in IT. Seeing a raised floor filled with computer equipment and seeing how IT worked behind the scenes really inspired Chris and he quickly found his niche.
Working in various roles from Network Support to Project Management and Consulting, Chris eventually moved into Management roles where he spent 15 years in Delivery Management. People Management has always been one of Chris’s strong skillsets and he has helped to build many IT Organizations that deliver high quality work with strong customer-oriented processes. “The key to a good Delivery Organization is a talented and motivated team. Keeping your team engaged and having open communication is essential in this. You also need to understand your metrics. KPI’s and reviewing data is critical to react to today’s changing environments.”
