New Digital Badges for BrantTel Employees

19 November 2021

Frank Mirecki

In an effort to improve safety and security for everyone, we have recently adopted a digital ID badge for our employees. Any BrantTel employee that is required to go on site for service will be able to produce the digital id on their smartphone. The digital IDs are controlled centrally and always kept up to date to ensure the highest level of safety.

Digital ID Badges for Safety and Security

Each card has important employee information, a picture, and a live counting timer with date and a QR code. See sample below.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding an employee's credentials you can always call us directly and we will confirm if the id is valid.

Much of the work that BrantTel does is considered essential since we are maintaining business phone systems and Cloud & IT Infrastructure. Although many issues can be resolved remotely, sometimes a site visit is required.

We’re continually working hard to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers by always following the latest government guidelines on health and safety.

Best Practices for Maintaining Your Equipment

Having a service contract in place is the best way to ensure you get the fastest response and save money by always being covered. We offer several types of support so you can speak with our service experts to figure out which solution is best for you.

If you have a service contract with us, make sure that your renewals are done on time. You will be notified by email prior to your expiry date. If you need to renew your business phone service contract you can do so here.

Do you Have a Business Continuity Solution?

Site visits are becoming more rare these days since a lot of customers are switching to the cloud. But even so, we recommend always having a contingency plan in place. With recent advancements and improvements to cloud contact centre offerings. We’re able to quickly set up a business continuity solution such as Amazon Connect that can run parallel to your main system.

There is a massive advantage to having this set up, and the best part is the usage based cost model.
