Our Year In Review
That’s a wrap for 2022. Another year of innovation, growth, and helping our customers achieve their very best in customer experience and unified communications. BrantTel Networks hit some important milestones this year and we couldn’t have done it without our valued customers, partners, and staff.
Let’s have a look at some of the highlights.
Amazon Connect Service Delivery Program (SDP)
In August, BrantTel Networks became the first managed Canadian AWS Partner to complete the Amazon Connect Service Delivery program. SDP for Amazon Connect is a rigorous and comprehensive assessment of an organization’s ability to implement and deploy Amazon Connect in a wide variety of scenarios. Since completing SDP for Amazon Connect, we’ve continued to provide unparalleled service delivery in Amazon Connect and are continuing to expand our technical and sales team to help bring Amazon Connect to our customer base.
Going forward, we will be aiming to add new AWS competencies based on several verticals that we feel can especially benefit from Amazon Connect.
Avaya OneCloud Cloud Partner of the Year
BrantTel received the Avaya OneCloud Cloud Partner of the Year award. It is a great honor and we’re looking forward to helping our customers get the most of their Avaya platforms in 2023. We look forward to continued growth and new opportunities for our Avaya customers as the new year rolls around
Our first Webinar
On October 20. We held our very first webinar and it was such a great experience. We were joined live from Zoom’s headquarters in California by Matt Jordan who went through an in-depth demonstration of a ton of incredible features available with Zoom and Zoom Phone. Our Second Webinar
Only a week later, we decided to host our second ever webinar. Ambitious? That’s just how we roll. Joined by Ross Raider of Ting Internet and Tucows, we heard about their incredible journey from on-premesis legacy contact centre technology to Amazon Connect. Ross also went over how his company cut costs by over $1,000,000 per year in contact centre costs.
Ross was followed by an excellent demonstration of Amazon Connect in action from our very own Navjit Dhillon where he breaks down the core components of Amazon Connect and what makes it such a great customer experience tool. If you missed it make sure to watch the replay here.
